They lead partner ecosystem strategies, executing co-sell deals and margin management to position Adaptavist as the preferred services partner, while maintaining CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, quarterly reviews, and contributing to QBRs, deal inspections, and sales excellence initiatives.

The Sales Specialist – DevOps & Developer Experience helps DACH customers modernize how software is planned, built, secured, deployed and operated, acting as a trusted advisor across Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, Cloud Native Engineering, Observability and AI-enabled delivery. They create and develop specialist sales pipelines aligned to DevOps and software delivery transformation, identifying opportunities across the listed domains and building territory and account plans for sustainable growth. They engage senior leaders to understand priorities, run discovery and maturity assessments, analyze operating models and bottlenecks, and develop business cases, transformation roadmaps and outcome-based recommendations. They own opportunities from qualification through closure using MEDDPICC, lead complex engagements, craft compelling proposals and value-based business cases, and coordinate cross-functional teams to negotiate contracts and deliver outcomes. They cultivate partner ecosystems (e.g., Atlassian, GitLab, Harness, AWS, Datadog, IBM, Red Hat), drive co-sell motions, develop market-facing thought leadership, and position Adaptavist as a leading provider of DevOps and software engineering transformation.

The Cologne-based Services Programme Manager (PgM) leads a strategic portfolio of client-facing and internal programmes, managing plans, dependencies, risks, budgets, and stakeholders across multiple workstreams, and serves as the senior leader in strategic accounts as a trusted advisor to the client. Using project management methodology and ITIL practices, the PgM acts as the day-to-day senior representative of the Services team, ensuring requirements are understood, expectations are met, and technical concerns and opportunities are addressed, while safeguarding profitability through governance, reporting, and continual improvement and overseeing technology operational changes and maintenance to meet contractual needs and incident management. They act as the client’s primary external contact and also work directly with Services Delivery Teams as an internal client, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency in collaboration with Business Development, Commercial Operations, Finance and Account Management to ensure an outstanding customer experience, and may manage other services project managers while coaching junior staff. Key responsibilities include defining and implementing the programme strategy across multiple projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and policies, creating and monitoring artefacts (Level 0–3 plans, Earned Value Management, scope/change logs, risk/issue/opportunity registers, benefits realization), and coordinating communications, meetings, and governance around SLAs, incident and change management, and driving continual improvement and periodic business/innovation reviews. In addition, they manage financials and reporting (budgets, resourcing, forecasting, KPIs, profitability, pricing, revenue controls and invoicing), support decision-making with strategic reporting, and provide leadership through coaching, pre-sales support, account planning, internal education, and building the PMO knowledge base while advocating for clients and partners.

The Application Administrator (German speaker) will help customers maximize Atlassian software usage by configuring and customizing Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Desk, and other Atlassian and marketplace apps. Working as part of partially outsourced teams, the role acts as a remote administrator on a day-to-day basis to assist businesses. Responsibilities include responding to requests promptly, configuring software to meet customer needs, and helping customers automate processes to improve efficiency. The role supports multiple clients simultaneously, onboarding and familiarizing with their application servers, monitoring the service desk, and creating projects, permissions, workflows, and other solutions as needed. It requires clear communication with customers and team members, delivering configuration solutions, solving issues with best-practice recommendations, and recording work and time while following customer security protocols.
