They are hiring a hands-on Team Lead to join their development team in Spain, Portugal, London, or Ireland, who will lead a multi-disciplinary team working with Java, React, PHP, and JavaScript and collaborate across engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
The role involves overseeing the full software development lifecycle, providing architectural guidance across technologies, conducting code reviews, driving process improvements, recruiting, and aligning work with Program Increment planning while facilitating agile ceremonies.
