GitKraken, a developer experience platform that blends built-in AI and workflow orchestration for millions of developers and organizations, is hiring for GitKraken Insights, its new engineering intelligence product for software teams. The role is a Full Stack Product Engineer expected to turn ambiguous product problems into technical plans and ship end-to-end features across React, Go, PostgreSQL, AWS, and GitHub workflows, at multiple levels. You will build interfaces that translate complex engineering data into understandable, trustworthy, and actionable insights, shape the product area with strong customer demand, and design APIs, data models, and UX for engineering intelligence workflows while participating in design reviews and production readiness. Core requirements include product judgment, production software experience on frontend and backend, Go or the ability to ramp quickly, API design, experience with AI coding agents, Git/GitHub/CI/CD workflows, PostgreSQL, and strong React/TypeScript skills, with bonus points for broader full-stack experience and clear technical communication.
