The company is hiring a remote-friendly Team Lead (Spain, Portugal, London, Ireland) who will be a hands-on leader with strong Java and React skills and experience guiding PHP and JavaScript work, responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and mentoring across multiple tech stacks. Responsibilities include leading a team through the full software development lifecycle, providing architectural guidance across Java, React, PHP, JavaScript, and Atlassian Forge, conducting code reviews, aligning work with PI planning, driving agile discipline, and contributing to recruitment and roadmap efforts.
