The Strategic Account Executive in Israel will own a portfolio of strategic and large enterprise customers, driving net-new acquisition and expansion through a consultative sales approach and aligning customer priorities with GitLab’s capabilities. You’ll lead full-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals, collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Support, and channel partners, and share customer feedback through GitLab’s public issue tracker. You should have experience selling software or developer tools to executives and technical stakeholders, be able to develop structured account plans, manage pipeline and forecast, translate needs into product input, and be fluent in Hebrew.
