The Gen3 is a cutting-edge, goal-oriented conversational AI system using multi-agent architecture to handle complex tasks in real time, and the Engineering Manager for the Voice Agent Team will lead efforts to build and scale voice agents and a development framework, emphasizing low latency and capabilities like speech recognition, STS-TTS, and real-time voice models.
