As Director of Regional Sales for META, you’ll own the strategy and execution to grow GitLab’s presence in the Middle East, build and lead a high-performing Account Executive team, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
You’ll drive new logo acquisition and expansion into larger, more complex accounts, establish disciplined sales processes (such as MEDDPICC), manage pipeline and forecast, and develop executive-level relationships with key customers.
