Premortem

We build one thing: tools that tell engineering teams what they are about to get wrong, while there is still time to do something about it. Premortem came out of a simple observation. Every team keeps a record of what already went wrong — closed incidents, post-mortems, the comment where someone said "careful, we tried this in March" — and none of it is in the room when the next plan is made. The knowledge exists and arrives too late. Our apps run entirely on Atlassian's Forge platform, on the customer's own AI key. We operate no servers, hold no customer data, and see no issue text. ...
