oc

oc is a one-person software studio. It builds narrow tools for engineering teams — ones that answer a single question well, rather than dashboards that answer everything vaguely. Outlier, its first Marketplace app, reads how tickets moved on a Jira board and raises the few that are unusual for that board, measured against the board's own history. The approach behind it is deliberately conservative: nothing about a person is read or reported, nothing leaves the customer's site, and no claim is made that the product cannot show the arithmetic for.
