The role is a Strategy & Operations Partner in Zendesk’s Data and Insights group, acting as the primary architect and orchestrator for the Global Professional Services organization and partnering with the SVP of Professional Services. Key duties include strategic orchestration and annual planning, revenue architecture and process development, and consolidating data from multiple sources into unified, actionable dashboards to inform executive decisions.
