The role is Strategic Account Executive based in Stockholm, responsible for enterprise telco customers in the Nordics, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to rollout and adoption, using a consultative approach and serving as the voice of the customer through GitLab’s public issue tracker. In the first year you’ll drive healthy, well-managed strategic accounts, increase adoption in large enterprises, and provide insights to sales, product, marketing, and technical teams to improve how GitLab sells and supports its platform. Key duties include acquiring/managing strategic telco accounts, leading account planning, prospecting with channel partners, coordinating with Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, and Support, sharing customer feedback, maintaining activity and forecast reports, and guiding deals to close with minimal supervision.
