Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound prospecting, conducting high-level discovery, developing targeted lists and messaging, using Outreach.io and Salesforce, supporting field and digital marketing events, and mentoring new BDR hires. Ideal candidates should be proficient in Mandarin and English (Traditional Chinese a plus), with experience in SEA markets (Singapore and Taiwan), strong communication and writing skills, a track record of meeting targets, and familiarity with Salesforce/LinkedIn and outbound sales or marketing in tech.
