As Senior Benefits Analyst on the Total Rewards team, you’ll design, administer, and improve global benefits programs across countries and employment models (PEO, EOR, GitLab entities) and this role focuses on benefits rather than leave administration. You’ll lead end-to-end plan implementations, manage day-to-day administration, ensure compliance and reporting, coordinate with Payroll/Finance/People Operations, and analyze data to drive continuous improvements while simplifying processes. Required qualifications include proven global benefits program ownership, knowledge of core benefits concepts, multi-country experience with PEO/EOR and local brokers, experience with HRIS/benefits tools, strong analytics, and excellent written/verbal communication; Workday experience is strongly preferred.
