The Area Vice President, LATAM role will build and lead a high-performing second-line enterprise sales organization to drive adoption of GitLab's single DevSecOps platform among enterprise accounts in the region.
Responsibilities include leading Regional Sales Directors and Strategic Account Executives, developing a go-to-market strategy to land new enterprise customers and expand existing ones, recruiting diverse managers, and owning the sales process, forecast, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, channel, alliances, product, and engineering.
The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic enterprise software sales, delivering predictable ARR growth in large, complex deals, maintaining executive-level relationships, and managing forecasting and funnel metrics in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
