The company recently launched a new product and is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive growth by engaging inbound leads and guiding engineering leaders from initial interest through demo, quote, and close. Key responsibilities include reviewing and qualifying inbound mid-market leads, proactive prospecting, cross-selling across product lines, leading discovery calls and product demos, delivering tailored quotes, managing the full sales cycle, maintaining pipeline records, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams. Required qualifications include 1–3 years in SaaS sales or customer-facing roles selling to technical audiences, strong communication skills, ability to understand customer problems and position technical solutions, and entrepreneurial mindset, with bonus points for familiarity with Git or developer tools. GitKraken is the DevEx platform used by more than 40 million developers and 100,000 organizations, combining built-in AI and workflow orchestration to eliminate toil, streamline collaboration, and accelerate productivity across desktop, CLI, IDE, web, and mobile. The role is a nontraditional Product Manager position at the intersection of Git, AI agents, and future developer workflows, offering real ownership and close partnership with a senior PM and engineers. The team is building a portfolio of AI-native tools and shared infrastructure—CLI tooling, MCP servers, APIs, desktop apps, VS Code extensions, and AI agent workflows—that move code through the pipeline faster and with more confidence. You’ll own the feedback loop with developers, conduct interviews and surveys, translate findings into actionable signals, prototype ideas quickly using AI tools, and stay connected with other PMs and designers across GitKraken. The ideal candidate is comfortable at the tech-user boundary, experienced with AI tools and developer workflows, able to read API docs and discuss system architecture, and will work in a hybrid role based in Scottsdale, AZ, with generous rewards and benefits.
