The role involves developing and executing a sales strategy to drive Jira Service Management revenue in Japan, defining a clear territory vision, and regularly reporting funnel status and resource needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Account Executives, Marketing, Customer Success, Product), represent Jira Service Management at industry events, provide accurate forecasts to senior management, and work with Atlassian and partner management. Requirements include at least 7 years of sales experience in technology vendors, IT service management familiarity preferred, strong communication skills, the ability to independently drive GTM campaigns in Japan, and fluent Japanese (business English preferred).
