We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team. Who You Are - 

  • 8+ years of experience in Software Development

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle, CI/CD
  • Experience managing and leading Agile projects
  • Strong technical background, with understanding of and experience in cloud application architectures, with the ability to contribute to design and architecture decisions
  • Experience with monitoring and observability services like Dynatrace, NewRelic or Sentry. We like Datadog.
  • Technical literacy, broad awareness of the major trends in the IT industry

About The Position - 

As a Director of User Experience (UX) Design, you will lead our user experience and design initiatives across our suite of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) products.  In this role, you will be responsible for defining the user experience vision, ensuring it is implemented across our products, and leading a team of UX designers and researchers.
