Refined is seeking a Malmö-based IT Systems & Operations Specialist to keep the company’s IT running smoothly and actively pursue automation and AI opportunities to save time across the organization. The role splits roughly 60% administering Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack, and Iru; 20% building automations and integrations; and 20% providing first-line IT support, including device management and SOC2/compliance-related tasks. Must-haves include hands-on SaaS administration (ideally Atlassian), IT support experience, MDM experience (Iru/Kandji, Jamf, Intune), the ability to connect systems, and a genuine interest in automation/AI, plus strong self-management and English communication; nice-to-haves include SOC2 experience and scripting/automation tools. You’ll work with Anders, Svante, the People & Admin team, and be the main IT contact across Refined’s eight-country footprint, in a hybrid setup based in Malmö with colleagues distributed globally and two in-person company gatherings per year.
