Knowledge & Memory Engineering involves leveraging Context Graph and Knowledge Graph connectors to integrate unstructured enterprise data sources without migration; leadership of the Road to 80% methodology, SME on Zendesk security and scalability, Copilot implementations, and collaboration with Product to influence the AI roadmap. Required qualifications include 8–10+ years in enterprise solutions architecture or consulting, AI/LLM experience, advanced API/integration skills, cloud and iPaaS experience, security/compliance knowledge, and frontend basics; desirable qualifications include enterprise software implementations, advanced analytics, modern frontend frameworks, AI tooling, and prior enterprise SaaS presales or solutions architecture experience; Zendesk emphasizes hybrid work, DEI commitments, and accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
