Seibert Solutions Denmark, part of the Seibert Group and an Atlassian Platinum Partner, helps Nordic organizations maximize Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management—from implementations and migrations to platform governance and AI-enabled workflows—supported by a small team with direct client contact. As an Atlassian Consultant (Nordic), you’ll own projects from the initial workshop through go-live and beyond, working with clients in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian, in a remote-first setup with optional Copenhagen office and some travel. Your work includes implementing Atlassian tools, migrations (e.g., on‑prem to Cloud, Server to Data Center, site merges), advising on deployments and licensing, leading workshops and training, and keeping projects on budget, within scope, and on schedule while spotting opportunities for additional services. Required strengths include native-level Danish/Swedish/Norwegian and professional English, hands-on Jira/Confluence (ideally Jira Service Management) experience across Cloud/Data Center/Server, independent project delivery, workshop/moderation skills, clear communication, commercial awareness, and a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience; Atlassian certifications are a plus and willingness to work toward them is expected.
