The Implementation Services team ensures customer success by providing best-in-class onboarding, understanding customers' objectives, aligning stakeholders, and delivering customized services on time and under budget, serving as the project lead across engagements.
Implementation Consultants and Customer Trainers act as subject matter experts, drive change management, configure accounts and training, coordinate with Lucid’s technical and solutions teams, and drive user adoption through engaging end-user training.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in implementation or related SaaS/training roles, strong project management and communication skills, willingness to work an adjusted AEDT schedule (6:00 am–2:00 pm) and in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, with preferred experience in SaaS or enterprise settings and a solution-oriented, fast-paced mindset.
