In this role, you will develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for Jira Service Management in the Korea market. You will define a clear vision for your territory and regularly communicate funnel, account, and territory status, resource requirements, challenges, and successes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—Enterprise Advocate, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product—to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, represent Jira Service Management at industry events, and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management in Australia. You will work closely with Atlassian partner management and direct partners ranging from large IT service providers to other firms, and you’ll be among the first hires of the Solution Sales Executive team for Jira Service Management in Korea.
