The Site Reliability Engineer role will build and operate the technical infrastructure for Appfire’s Solutions Group, own the demo environments end-to-end, create self-service sandboxes for Solution Partners, automate processes for Sales Engineers and Solutions Architects, and help transition field prototypes into production with Engineering and DevOps. Responsibilities include managing the demo estate (Atlassian provisioning, seeds, multi-product environments, teardown/refresh), building self-service sandboxes, reducing technical overhead through automation, maintaining security and trust documentation, and monitoring environment health and capacity. Requirements include 3+ years in platform engineering/DevOps, experience with Atlassian Cloud/Data Center (Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket), building self-service demos and IaC, Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD, ownership of tools/prototypes to production, and strong written and cross-functional collaboration skills. The Launch Manager role is responsible for cross-functional orchestration of product launches across Appfire’s portfolio, partnering with Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Operations, Finance, Legal, Pricing, and other teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution within the Launch Execution Framework. Responsibilities include orchestrating launches from intake through General Availability and post-launch review, facilitating readiness reviews and key decisions, surfacing risks and gaps early, coordinating mitigation plans, and maintaining momentum and alignment across multiple concurrent launches. Requirements include at least 2 years of experience in Launch Management or related cross-functional roles in SaaS or technology, strong organizational and facilitation skills, ability to influence without direct authority, and experience coordinating complex initiatives and software product launches.
