The position also emphasizes charge analysis and strong financial control across project activity, focusing on non-client-facing projects and engagements from an operational and systems perspective.

The role is an Atlassian Technical Consultant who works with customers to maximize value from Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and related tools like Slack, focusing on system integration, automation, and efficiency. Responsibilities range from expert guidance and solution design to hands-on setup, migrations, upgrades, performance tuning, and contributing to pre-sales by offering solutions and proposals. The role includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Atlassian products and related tools, with remote work and weekly attendance at the Athens office. Key duties include gathering requirements, researching and presenting solutions, stakeholder communication, participating in pre-sales, and traveling to client sites as needed. In delivery, responsibilities cover installations, upgrades, migrations, custom solution design (workflows, plugins, scripts), scripting in Groovy/Python, REST API web integration, and Linux/Windows system administration of application servers.

Additional work includes database administration and querying, web integration via Rest APIs, system administration (Linux/Windows) for application servers, and continuing improvements.
