Key responsibilities include leading scheduled payment runs, managing out-of-cycle and urgent payments, overseeing corporate and virtual card issuance, and maintaining complete audit-ready records. The role emphasizes quality control and governance, enforcing readiness validation, policy compliance, and maintaining audit trails and governance artifacts. It also covers process and systems stewardship, including maintaining and improving operational playbooks and SOPs, keeping documentation current, and supporting usage across banking platforms and accounting systems. Additionally, the role manages risk and exceptions, escalates material issues as needed, leads a day-to-day Treasury Operations team, and coordinates stakeholder engagement with AP, Finance, and other business units while supporting audits and governance.

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Jira Engineer (Contractor) to design, scale, and evolve enterprise Jira solutions that power SAFe practices, partnering with Agile Coaches, Product Management, and Engineering leaders to ensure Jira delivers transparency, governance, and continuous improvement. Platform Engineering & Configuration: design and implement enterprise-grade Jira configurations aligned to SAFe constructs (Portfolio Epics, Features, Stories, PIs, value streams), and configure issue hierarchies, workflows, screens, fields, permissions, and schemes to support scaled agile delivery. Enablement & Execution: translate SAFe concepts into Jira implementations, support PI Planning and tracking through Jira and related Atlassian tools, and enable flow metrics, dependency management, and cross-team visibility using Jira data. Customization & Development: develop custom Jira solutions using Automation ScriptRunner (Groovy), Forge/Connect apps, REST APIs and webhooks; build custom fields, listeners, automation rules, and integrations; ensure scalable designs that avoid performance degradation and reduce technical debt. Integrations, Reporting, Governance & Support: integrate Jira with CI/CD pipelines, source control, service management, and portfolio tools; maintain data integrity and secure bidirectional data flows; design dashboards and reports for SAFe-aligned metrics; act as Jira SME, troubleshoot, document standards, and contribute to platform governance and continuous improvement.

The Software Support Team Lead will guide and mentor a team of Software Support Engineers to deliver best-in-class customer support, overseeing day-to-day operations and helping engineers perform at their best. They’ll partner with the Head of Product Support and Support Operations Manager to drive operational improvements, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and provide data-driven insights into team performance, while also serving as a key escalation point for incidents and cross-functional collaboration to reduce commercial risk. A strong coding background is essential, as many products enable customers to build functionality with Groovy and/or JavaScript. Responsibilities include people leadership (recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, workload management, training materials) and leadership duties (owning customer outcomes, incident management and post-mortems, stakeholder management, and building relationships with Customer Success, Product, and Development) plus facilitating stand-ups and workshops to foster a collaborative culture. In operations, they will monitor metrics (CSAT, FRT, RoR, SLA), analyze trends, identify improvement opportunities for the team and customer experience, drive tooling and automation improvements with the Support Operations Manager, and contribute to knowledge base content and training materials.

The role is Engineering Team Lead for the ScriptRunner for Confluence Cloud product, remote-first with an optional Toronto office, and GTA-based to accommodate occasional in-person needs, collaborating with an Engineering Manager and the broader Product team. You will lead a team practicing continuous delivery, grow the team through mentoring and coaching, and act as the most senior engineer to facilitate solution design and coordinate input from other engineering teams, while prioritizing autonomy, mastery, practice, doing the right thing, and paying down technical debt. Responsibilities include providing a platform for developers to perform tasks of varying complexity, assisting with product priority setting, delivering updates to key stakeholders, and ensuring the team has the right tools and freedom to deliver and innovate. You will lead the software development team following agile processes. The role also covers people management and engineering work: hiring/onboarding, mentoring and developing engineers, setting objectives and development plans, facilitating collaboration, aligning with product and business priorities, and designing, writing and testing solutions, performing code peer reviews, and responding to incidents and support escalations.
