The Treasury Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and stability of the company’s core banking, reconciliation, and payment processes within global cash management. The role is ideal for someone who prefers structured, repetitive, detail-oriented work, works independently, and aims for steady improvement through small refinements, with support from the Treasury Operations Team Lead. It matters because it minimizes delays, questions, and risks across the business, enabling faster, more reliable decision-making and keeping the financial system running smoothly. Success means bank reconciliations are accurate and on schedule, exceptions are well-documented and resolved, payment batches are clean, and reports are standardized and error-free. Key activities include daily reconciliations across NetSuite (with some exposure to Xero), preparing supplier payments and maintaining audit-ready data; weekly treasury reports; twice-monthly payment batch preparation and peer-review; and monthly month-end close support and SOP documentation.
