What You'll Do - 

• Provide ’office-hours’ support each week day from 2:00pm - 11:00 pm 
• Provide technical support by analysing and troubleshooting complex technical issues quickly and accurately.
• Able to be on-call during out-of-office hours, for highest priority support issues.

What You’ll Do -

• Support team in executing on strategic and financial planning processes (e.g., Business Reviews, Forecasts, Annual Budget, and Long-Range Plan)

About The Job

As a Partner Customer Success Manager at Tempo, you will be responsible for managing both Channel Partner and direct Customer relationships. You will drive a best-in-class customer journey, from onboarding to renewal, for our largest clients, including Fortune 500 companies. Who You Are - 

• 5+ years of product ownership or technical product management experience in a software or technology environment
• Experience delivering highly complex consumer or enterprise software products from inception to launch in a B2C or B2B setting
• Proven track record of delivering complex products with a successful launch to market
• Strong understanding of product development processes and experience working with engineering teams
• Proven ability to engage with customers and translate their needs into actionable product requirements
• Excellent technical and communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment

About The Job

As a Partner Customer Success Manager at Tempo, you will be responsible for managing both Channel Partner and direct Customer relationships. About The Position - 

As a Director of User Experience (UX) Design, you will lead our user experience and design initiatives across our suite of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) products.  In this role, you will be responsible for defining the user experience vision, ensuring it is implemented across our products, and leading a team of UX designers and researchers. • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent studies would be an asset
• Command a strong grasp of public cloud technologies, experience with AWS is a plus
• Experience with Atlassian Marketplace Applications, preferred
