The role is an Associate Consultant internship at The Adaptavist Group, initially a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for a 12-month extension and eventual permanent hire. The company helps clients use digital tools such as Monday.com, Miro, Notion, Grammarly/Coda, and Asana to collaborate, stay organized, and achieve goals. You don’t need to be a tech expert—the role includes training, hands-on experience, mentorship, and real projects from day one to grow into a seasoned consultant. Responsibilities include learning how tools work, supporting client projects, helping design solutions, assisting in client sessions, taking notes, preparing materials, and running demos and workshops, plus problem-solving when things go wrong. You’ll work with project managers, engineers, and other consultants and continue growing through training and certifications for a lasting career in tech.
