The Senior Demo Platform Architect is responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of shared demo environments and reusable customer service use cases, combining hands-on technical expertise, operational ownership, and independent decision-making to keep demos reliable, current, scalable, and ready for internal teams and occasional customer-facing engagements. Core duties include owning and optimizing demo environments with Amazon Connect, AWS, and Zendesk; designing and building new demo use cases; supporting opportunity-specific custom demos with presales; maintaining product and release readiness; driving automation and standardization; and ensuring security, governance, cost management, and technical quality, while occasionally participating in customer demonstrations and PoCs. Additional responsibilities involve developing technical documentation and collateral, engaging with vendors and partners (AWS, Zendesk) to stay aligned with capabilities and best practices, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective demonstrations. Qualifications include 8–10 years in solution/platform engineering or related fields, at least 5 years in contact center technologies including Amazon Connect and Zendesk, strong AWS tech stack skills (Lambda, Lex, Bedrock, IAM, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch), with Python/NodeJS as a plus; demonstrated demo development experience; platform management; leadership, communication, and problem-solving; preferred Zendesk/AWS certifications, omnichannel knowledge, and Agile/DevOps experience; and the role requires being located in Karnataka or Maharashtra with a hybrid onsite schedule.
