The company is hiring an Enterprise Account Director for New & Expansion in the EMEA region to drive sales of Tempo’s products to large enterprises, manage the full sales process, and collaborate with partners and solutions engineers. Responsibilities include positioning Tempo to corporate customers, expanding high-potential accounts, educating decision makers, building pipeline, negotiating agreements, and contributing to pricing models for large deployments, with travel as needed. Requirements include at least 6+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales to Fortune 500+ companies, proven quota attainment, experience closing complex deals with senior sponsors, data-driven problem solving, French is a plus, and familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace and partner ecosystems is advantageous.
