The Ecosystem Solution Architecture (ESA) team is a specialist, external-facing group within Ecosystem R&D whose mission is to drive customer and partner success in Cloud through Forge enablement, partnering with strategic customers, marketplace vendors, GSIs, and internal teams to deliver technical solutions and migrate to cloud. In this role you’ll lead hands-on technical engagements to accelerate Forge and Atlassian API adoption, architect and prototype solutions and reference content, provide deep guidance on Forge, APIs, migrations, AI integrations, and influence platform strategy by representing customer and partner voices. Key focus areas include migrating VIP workloads to Cloud and expanding cloud use-cases via Forge, partnering with GSIs on Forge-based solutions, driving architecture and partner engagement for strategic SaaS partnerships, and delivering scalable solution architectures and reusable content to scale ecosystem enablement.
