You’ll drive data-driven insight, automate workflows, oversee end-to-end production deployment with monitoring, navigate AI risk and data privacy considerations, mentor engineers, and clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while aligning with business objectives.

The role is office-based (Amsterdam or Gdańsk) and requires living within a commutable distance; as the Regional Workplace Lead, you’ll create meaningful, productive office experiences aligned with Atlassian values, and it is an Individual Contributor role with regional scope across EMEA and no people management. You will own the regional program strategy for customer experiences tied to culture and brand, manage regional food and drink contracts and budgets, ensure delivery at every regional office, and measure success with CSAT, NPS, and participation. Key requirements include significant experience in operations, vendor and stakeholder management, hospitality/catering contract management, strategic planning, regional operations and compliance understanding, and an agile, data-driven mindset. Nice-to-have items include hospitality background, a strong network in employee experience or customer service, experience in workplace collaboration/productivity spaces, tech industry experience, and proficiency with Confluence/Jira; you’ll join the Europe Workplace Team, which values collaboration, excellence, and a sense of humor.
