You’ll build accessible, performant UIs in React and TypeScript using the Garden design system, partner with Product Design, and collaborate with backend and ML teams to integrate AI capabilities with streaming responses and robust error handling. Responsibilities include end-to-end feature delivery, frontend architecture contributions, reducing technical debt, occasional backend work, and mentoring junior engineers. Requirements include 5+ years building large-scale web apps, strong JS/TS/React skills, REST API experience, CI/CD practices, end-to-end feature ownership, UX sensitivity, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines; preferred qualifications include experience with LLM-powered UIs, design systems, Ruby/Python, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS, A/B testing, metrics-driven development, and frontend observability.
