The Senior SEO Specialist role focuses on international markets (Germany as a core market, plus the UK, ANZ, and Tier 2 markets like India and Singapore) to drive organic search and adapt to AI-powered, answer-first discovery. Responsibilities include developing and executing SEO and AEO strategies across these markets, surfacing content opportunities, leading German-language optimization, and planning experiments to scale successful approaches. Technical SEO scope covers site health, crawling, rendering, indexing, internal linking, structured data, Core Web Vitals, audits, coordinating with Web/Engineering, and building AI-powered automations and agentic workflows to scale research, localization, QA, and reporting. Analytics & cross-functional leadership involve measuring performance with GA4, GSC, Snowflake, and AEO tools, linking results to business outcomes, and partnering with Content, Web, Engineering, Product Marketing, Localization, Regional Marketing, and Paid Media to influence roadmaps. Required qualifications include 5+ years of hands-on SEO (SaaS/enterprise), fluency in German and English, experience in both content and technical SEO and AEO/AI-powered discovery, multi-market management, AI automation experience, strong analytics, and cross-functional communication; Poland base salary zł165,000– zł247,000 with potential bonuses, plus hybrid work policies and commitments to equal opportunity and accommodations.
