Unleash, now part of Zendesk, is hiring a Data Scientist in Tel Aviv to help build intelligent, scalable AI-powered features that integrate directly into customer workflows. You will design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions for the core AI search engine, owning the full lifecycle from data exploration to production monitoring. You’ll collaborate with the engineering team to ensure deployments are scalable, reliable, and performant, while continually improving model efficiency and system maintainability in a fast-paced R&D environment. Requirements include 3–5 years of DS experience, strong Python and software engineering practices, deep DS foundations from classical ML to deep learning, hands-on infrastructure with Docker/Kubernetes, experience with Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and cloud deployment; bonus points for RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and vector databases.
