The role is Enterprise Account Director for New & Expansion in the EMEA region, responsible for driving sales of Tempo’s products to large organizations, managing the full sales process, and coordinating with top solutions partners, pre-sales, and sales engineers. Responsibilities include positioning Tempo’s value to enterprise customers, building pipeline in Salesforce, educating decision-makers, negotiating large enterprise agreements, and helping design pricing and engagement models for deployments. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales to Fortune 500s with quota attainment and new logo success, a data-driven approach to diagnosing and removing blockers, strong executive relationship skills (French a plus), and familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace or related ecosystems. Tempo serves over 30,000 customers, including about a third of Fortune 500 companies, offering a suite of integrated tools for time management, resource planning, budgeting, roadmapping, program management, and reporting; since 2007 it started as a time-tracking tool and has grown into the leading Jira time management add-on within the Atlassian ecosystem. They are hiring a hands-on Team Lead to join their development team in Spain, Portugal, London, or Ireland, who will lead a multi-disciplinary team working with Java, React, PHP, and JavaScript and collaborate across engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders. The role involves overseeing the full software development lifecycle, providing architectural guidance across technologies, conducting code reviews, driving process improvements, recruiting, and aligning work with Program Increment planning while facilitating agile ceremonies. Requirements include 4+ years of software development experience, 2+ years in a leadership role, proficiency in Java 11+, Docker, Redis, Spring (Boot, MVC, Data), React, PHP (Laravel), JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML/CSS, PostgreSQL, AWS, CI/CD, and familiarity with SAFe; Atlassian Forge experience is a plus, along with strong communication and quick learning.
