The Professional Services organization at Miro focuses on helping Enterprise customers achieve exceptional outcomes through the Innovation Workspace, pairing strategic advisors, implementation experts, and forward deployed consultants to transform collaboration and innovation with agentic AI on Miro’s platform. As a Forward Deployed Consultant, Manufacturing, you will apply AI solutions to transform and automate core operating processes for leading industrial enterprises, directly engaging C-level executives to identify high-impact opportunities, build and test enterprise-grade AI on their data and systems, and drive measurable business outcomes at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. You’ll pair with an Account Executive, lead Manufacturing-specific depth, run Validation Sprints—from scoping to charter to end-to-end delivery—rebuilding five workflows (NPD/gate, quality/CI, portfolio/program, operations/launch readiness, and process development/transformation) using Miro’s AI Workflows, prototypes, and API/ERP/PLM/MES integrations. You will turn Sprint outcomes into a business value story with ROI and KPI baselines, co-create the partnership proposal and commercial approach, and define the post-sale Professional Services scope while sharing learnings internally and externally. The role requires 8+ years in top-tier consulting or enterprise transformation with deep manufacturing process knowledge (NPI, APQP, quality systems, S&OP, lean), fluency with ERP/PLM/MES/quality ecosystems, strong GenAI and technical skills, a finance-friendly ROI storytelling ability, boardroom and plant room comfort, self-direction, and up to 40% travel; benefits include equity, wellbeing support, equipment allowance, and an annual Learning & Development stipend within a diverse, inclusive culture at Miro.
