The role is a Business Systems Analyst for Order to Revenue (O2R) responsible for shaping scalable revenue lifecycle systems and aligning billing, collections, revenue recognition, and financial operations across Salesforce, Zuora, and NetSuite.
You will lead end-to-end O2R analyses, optimize Quote-to-Cash processes, define and maintain system configurations (SKUs, pricing, billing rules, revenue treatments), and collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and IT to implement enhancements and ensure data accuracy and SOX compliance, including production deployment and month/quarter closes.
Requirements include strong analytical abilities to map and document workflows, hands-on experience with billing/subscription platforms and CPQ, understanding ASC 606/IFRS 15, experience with integrations and data flows, and excellent communication in a remote, Agile environment; exposure to Zuora, NetSuite, Salesforce, and middleware tools is helpful but not required.
