They’re hiring a Strategic Account Executive in Madrid to lead relationships with enterprise-level prospects and customers in the Financial Services vertical, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to rollout and adoption. The role requires a consultative approach, coordinating with pre- and post-sales, solutions architecture, customer success, and support, while also partnering with channel partners and feeding customer feedback into GitLab’s product roadmap. Ideal candidates will have experience managing complex sales cycles in large financial services organizations, proven ability to build relationships, drive adoption and expansion, and collaborate cross-functionally, with comfort in working with channel partners and knowledge of Git or software development tools.
