The Senior Professional Services Engineer will deliver installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements, lead infrastructure as code/configuration as code deployments, guide migrations to GitLab SaaS or self-managed deployments, and collaborate with product and engineering teams while mentoring others. Candidates should have experience with one or more IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, Chef) and multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), plus GitLab usage, security/AI expertise, and strong remote communication and project leadership. In the Netherlands, the Major Account Executive will own a portfolio of GitLab’s largest, most strategic accounts, drive end-to-end sales from prospecting to rollout, coordinate cross-functional resources, and capture customer feedback in GitLab’s public issue tracker. The ideal candidate has experience selling into highly complex organizations, a proven quota-attainment record, strong C-level communication and presentation skills, experience with solution selling, and solid knowledge of Git and application lifecycle management, plus willingness to travel.
