The role is Solutions Architect in Japan, acting as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers across the full SDLC, guiding digital transformation, reporting to a regional manager, owning technical evaluations and workshops, shaping solution architectures, and serving as the voice of the customer to Product Management, with the first year focused on platform adoption, solution selling, and building long-term trust-based relationships. Key responsibilities include leading technical discovery, demos, proofs of value, owning the evaluation process (POC/POV, tenders, value stream assessments), collaborating with Account Executives and regional sales to drive new customer acquisition and expansion, advising on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices, and maintaining and expanding technical expertise and reusable collateral while investing in personal growth.
