The Senior Ecosystem Sales Manager role, based in Mumbai or Delhi, is a senior, market-facing position responsible for building and scaling GitLab's partner business in India across hyperscalers, large India-centric SIs, and born-in-the-cloud/AI-native partners, with authority to own strategic partnerships. Key duties include developing strategic partner relationships, owning hyperscaler management and Marketplace motions (AWS and/or GCP), growing SI and AI-native partnerships, driving partner-sourced pipeline and quota, and coordinating with the India sales and APJ ecosystems teams to shape the India coverage model and enablement programs.
