In this role, you'll develop and execute a strategy to drive adoption of Jira Service Management in the India market, and define a clear territory vision with regular updates on funnel, status, resources, challenges, and successes.
You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, represent Jira Service Management at industry events, and collaborate closely with Atlassian partner management and a range of partners from large IT service providers to other professional service firms.
