The role is a Senior/Enterprise Customer Success Manager focused on strategically growing and sustaining a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers to maximize ARR via expansion, retention, and migrations. You’ll manage about 70 enterprise accounts, create account plans, drive value-driven migrations and cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and engage executives to secure long-term commitments. Requirements include 5+ years in enterprise CS/AM/SaaS with Fortune 500 experience, strong SaaS metrics knowledge, CRM fluency, and cross-functional collaboration; Atlassian ecosystem experience is a bonus.
