You’ll lead discovery workshops and inventory existing tooling (GitLab, Jenkins) to produce a migration plan, design RBAC structures, and implement repository migration automation including full history, issues, and MRs. You’ll define and implement Harness CI/CD reference pipelines, templates, and OPA guardrails, and integrate Harness with Snyk, SonarQube, and Artifactory for a secure supply chain. You’ll coach roughly 350–400 developers on Harness workflows and inner-sourcing practices, and act as a trusted consultant to stakeholders, balancing technical leadership with hands-on delivery.
