The role is a Senior DevOps Migration Consultant overseeing the migration of thousands of GitLab repositories to GitHub, with Harness for CI/CD and STO, enhanced by Snyk, SonarQube, OPA policies, and Entra ID for identity management, from discovery through cut-over while aiming to set enterprise DevSecOps standards in a senior, low-bureaucracy team. You’ll act as both technical lead and day-to-day client interface, partnering with GitHub and Harness teams to design a streamlined, automated end-to-end migration golden path. You’ll lead discovery workshops and inventory existing tooling (GitLab, Jenkins) to produce a migration plan, design RBAC structures, and implement repository migration automation including full history, issues, and MRs. You’ll define and implement Harness CI/CD reference pipelines, templates, and OPA guardrails, and integrate Harness with Snyk, SonarQube, and Artifactory for a secure supply chain. You’ll coach roughly 350–400 developers on Harness workflows and inner-sourcing practices, and act as a trusted consultant to stakeholders, balancing technical leadership with hands-on delivery.

The Senior UX Researcher role centers on guiding product direction across multiple teams by leading high-impact research and driving evidence-based decisions at strategic and tactical levels, while mentoring others. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders—Product, UX, Engineering, and Leadership—to ensure solutions are usable, valuable, and aligned with real customer needs. The role is an associate software developer on a 15-month fixed-term contract within Adaptavist's Development Services team to cover a team member's parental leave. It's an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and collaborate with a skilled, supportive team, building robust software solutions for clients in ecosystems such as Atlassian, monday.com, Gitlab, and AWS. Responsibilities include collaborating with project team members (consultants, developers, and project managers) via Slack, email, and Jira, and ensuring adherence to quality practices. Engineering duties cover designing, writing, and testing solutions, solving complex problems, performing code peer reviews, writing automated tests at unit, integration, and functional levels, and troubleshooting builds and deployments. The role also requires documenting all technical designs and assisting with support escalation.
