Responsibilities range from expert guidance and solution design to hands-on product setup, migrations, upgrades, and performance tuning, with involvement in pre-sales through solutions, estimates, and proposals.
The position requires maintaining and improving knowledge of the Atlassian product suite and related technologies, and using Slack and other collaboration tools, with regular communication to a range of stakeholders.
Core activities include Atlassian solution consultancy—gathering requirements, researching and presenting solutions, making recommendations—participation in pre-sales, internal knowledge sharing, and some travel to client sites.
At implementation and delivery, responsibilities cover installations, upgrades, migrations, custom design (workflows, plugins/scripts, configurations), database administration and querying, scripting in Groovy and Python, REST API web integration, and system administration on Linux and Windows.
