Is remote?:Yes
The Consulting Solutions Engineer is a key pre-sales technical leader who partners with Account Executives and Field CTO Practices to drive technical engagement and revenue by positioning integrated solutions across DevOps, Service Management, and Work Management. They act as the technical lead in pre-sales, owning discovery, solution design, validation, and delivering workshops, tailored demonstrations, and proofs of concept, plus creating solution scoping documents, pricing inputs, and responding to RFPs/RFIs. They design end-to-end architectures in three domains (DevOps, Service Mgmt, Work Mgmt) and translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, user-centric solutions with architecture diagrams and documentation. They serve as trusted advisors on operating models, governance, transformation and optimization, and collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Field CTO Practices, and marketing while building reusable assets and vendor partner networks. The role requires a blend of hands-on technical experience, domain expertise, and strong communication, with a preference for fluent Italian; the posting notes it’s a wish list and encourages applicants who don’t meet all criteria to apply.

Is remote?:Yes
The Senior Technical Consultant role focuses on delivering efficient ITSM/ESM solutions using the best delivery approaches, starting with Jira Service Management and related Atlassian products, and remains adaptable as the portfolio expands to other systems, while guiding customers in integration, automation, and ITSM/ESM improvements and engaging in pre-sales and relationship building.
The role requires high autonomy, leadership of engagements, and contributions to internal initiatives to grow the practice and continuously improve technical expertise.
The candidate will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, act as a trusted ITIL-aligned advisor, develop high-level architecture, and implement tailored delivery approaches, configuring advanced solutions for assets management, system integrations, and automation.
They will support the development of the practice through internal initiatives, upskilling, and expanding expertise into emerging products such as ServiceNow, while assisting pre-sales by defining scope, estimates, and high-level solution design, and traveling to client sites as needed.
In delivery, they will configure Atlassian solutions (portals, workflows, automation, assets schemas, API connectors), implement core ITIL processes (service requests, incident, change, problem), deploy advanced ITSM capabilities (assets/events management with Opsgenie), integrate with other systems via REST APIs, and occasionally manage migrations as part of broader projects.
