As a Billing Support Specialist, you will work across functions to surface user issues, own the relationship between Lucid billing and users, and resolve complex billing problems through initiative and cross-functional collaboration.
You will investigate and process cancellation and refund requests, handle billing concerns like downgrades, duplicate charges, invoice changes, trial subscriptions, and declined payments, research accounts with payments and disputes, communicate clearly with customers, learn changing product offerings, and manage technical issues while coordinating with Marketing, Growth, UX, and others on bugs and user-impacting issues.
Requirements include 0-2 years experience or a bachelor’s with a 3.0 GPA or higher, a strong sense of ownership and customer empathy, excellent written communication, the ability to work independently and cross-functionally on multiple initiatives, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and being detail-oriented and a good team player, with a hybrid schedule at the South Jordan office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday); preferred qualifications include client-facing experience and technical troubleshooting, with #LI-MK1.
