The Regional Head of PMO for EMEA/APAC is a senior leadership role aimed at driving regional operational success in project management and service delivery, shaping PMO and Shared Services strategy globally and collaborating with the Global Head of Shared Services and other stakeholders. The role leads the regional PMO to achieve targets for revenue, margin, utilization and billability, while driving operational excellence and creating consistent processes, standards, workflows, governance and reporting. Responsibilities include resource planning, workload balancing, escalation for resourcing challenges, coaching Team Leads, and partnering with regional and global peers to align ways of working, while overseeing delivery quality and client satisfaction metrics. It also involves defining and tracking KPIs, using data to identify trends and mitigate risks to maintain service continuity, and collaborating with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing under contract terms, plus working with L&D to upskill the team. The role requires embedding a client-focused mindset and contributing to service innovation and the development of new service solutions with Practice Heads.
