The Travel Co-ordinator will book and issue work-related travel for 500+ employees, handling multitasking, challenging requests, and offering cost-effective alternatives to travellers.
The role requires calm under pressure, rapid task prioritisation, adaptability to multiple personalities, and a can-do, fast-working attitude.
It includes cross-checking and managing all travel invoicing and data entry, requiring excellent numeracy and strong financial organisation and trackers.
Workload varies daily; quieter periods demand proactivity (updating shared documents or hotel registers), and shifts may run from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm with crossovers for handover.
Key duties include booking and issuing confirmations, tracking travel spending, superb computer literacy (Gsuite), fast and concise typing, high-standard telephone and email manners, easy communication with EAs, and performing other duties as assigned by the Travel Team Lead.
